| This piece highlights silver.
The image is reminiscent of silver taken from the earth and fashioned into
an ornament. It is suggestive of ornaments worn by Aztec royalty. The
brown-black quartz cabochon is 2.25 in. long and 1.25 inches wide. It
contains a silver metallic druzy. The cabochon is framed and supported by
silver seed beads with a layer of black seed beads. The large, rice-shaped
silver beads are 7/8 in. long and 3/8 in wide. The 20.75 in. necklace is
accented by round, dark smoky quartz beads and faceted black glass beads.
Bicone Swarovsky crystals are added as accents. The necklace has a large,
silver lobster clasp. |
